•  You must bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen linen (there are duvets and pillows). It is possible to rent this. Please let us know if you would like to have this organized for you.

•  Leave the apartment tidy.
•  The deposit is € 150.
•  These prices do not include final cleaning.

Payment:

•  The reservation is final when we have received half of the rental amount on our bank account. We will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
•  6 weeks before the start of the rental period the rest of the rental amount and the deposit need to be credited to our bank account. We will send you an e-mail with confirmation, directions and information about the keys and the apartment.
•  If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled. Any payment made, with the exception of the deposit, cannot be refunded.
•  You must arrange cancellation insurance yourself.
